1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• Free of stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, or odors

The following items are non-returnable:

• Clearance or sale items

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Custom or limited-edition merchandise

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size changes

• Color changes (if available)

• Replacing a defective or incorrect item

All exchanged items must meet standard return eligibility.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective or incorrect:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping

• Returned packages must use a trackable shipping method
